Mr. Helmick is also starting a new career program at Stow High school titled Modern Manufacturing for Employment; which focuses on training junior students about manufacturing practices and gets them placed at jobs their senior year to leave school to begin work in the manufacturing field. Mr. Helmick is currently looking for companies to partner with to help employers with developmental talent.
Mr. Helmick‘s initial partnership with the Ohio Rubber Group began when ORG donated two new lab bench workstations to the polymers lab at Stow.
